Site Survey

Director / Manager will visit your business to complete a "New Client Information Form" prior to supply.

Global Force can thereby gain detailed job and person specifications, site rules and regulations and all of the relevant contact and account details. We are then able to work with you to provide a competitive quotation.

Recruitment and Selection

Global Force sources its candidates from one of the following sources:

    Database Search (National and International)
    Job Centre
    Local Papers
    Job Boards

First Day Meet and Greet / Induction

Since the company began trading in May 2005 every single person who has started a new job / position has been met by Global Force on their first day, regardless of the start time and introduced to the contact. In many cases, Global Force manage the basic health and safety induction on the first day (that can include explaining signing in procedures, site rules and regulations and evacuation procedures and showing location of toilets, canteen and fire exists).

On-site / Telephone 'Check Ins'

If required, Global Force check the daily arrival of all of their staff - regardless of start time. This can be done by telephone or in person for larger volume users. The induction and checking of staff arrival can be tailored to meet an individual company's needs.

Managed Service

Global Force can tailor-make a managed service package for each individual client. Common features of service include Health & Safety Inductions, timesheet processing and collection, training monitoring system and daily onsite checking of staff.

Permanent Recruitment

Global Force also specialise in co-ordinating permanent recruitment programmes enabling you the time to concentrate on directing your own business. Global Force will advertise, collect CVs, screen, interview, test, reference check and put forward the most suitable candidates for final interview. Service Evaluation

Your account will be controlled by a dedicated Manager who will check that the service given is exceeding your expectations by dealing with any issues arising as they happen and liaising with the management team on a daily / weekly basis.
